Wendy has more than 30 years of experience in building growth businesses, including with the Dealing Information Systems (later sold to Fiserv: NYSE) and Pro-Pac Packaging leading the industrial packaging segment.

Brandon has more than 40 years of experience in growing packaging businesses organically and through mergers and acquisitions. He founded PB Packaging in 1984, which later merged with Pro-Pac Packaging in 2008 and was successfully listed on the ASX.

A journey of more than 20 years in the corrugated packaging sector has allowed Mark to develop extensive technical expertise and deep customer relationships across all segments. In 2005 to 2011, he was a shareholder in Creative Packaging Pty Ltd, which was later acquired by Pro-Pac Packaging.

Over 30 years of experience in founding and growing businesses across manufacturing and technology. Evan has successfully built and sold two prior companies in data storage and GPS tracking prior to assisting on the strategy of Disruptive Packaging globally.

More than 20 years of experience in financial management within both public and private companies has enabled Nicholas to hold senior positions at Pro-Pac Packaging, Amcor and Austcor Packaging.

A career of more than 30 years spent building effective Operations, Manufacturing and Production teams has allowed Ira to build national and international experience. She has worked in both the public and private sectors.

A career spanning more than 25 years has enabled Nathan to drive supply chain excellence across a diverse range of FMCG companies, including Qantas, Lite n’ Easy, Wildbreads and One Harvest. He has delivered step-change projects in food safety, packaging, production and relationship management.

To cultivate his intuitive genius for innovative packaging solutions, Matt draws upon more than 20 years of design and product development experience. The later part of his career has been spent with EGR Design and Pro-Pac Packaging Limited.

With a Sales, Operations and General Management career in private and public manufacturing organisations, George brings that experience into our global sustainability alignment, where we are focused on sustainable circularity solutions to all international markets we operate in.

Yanni brings extensive experience within the seafood industry coming from a family that has worked in seafood for generations. His first-hand experience across the full supply chain from fisheries, processing, logistics to marketing enabled him to identify the need for businesses to adopt more sustainable solutions while simultaneously understanding the customer's perspective and challenges first-hand.

David brings his background in e-commerce and marketing to Disruptive Packaging to assist in its global expansion while improving our connections and communication with our customers and the industries which we serve.
